A lovely quiet place to spend a week or two, while in Kissimmee. The apartment was very well set up. The kitchen had all the amenities for cooking, pots and pans were in excellent condition. The living/dining room area was large and the couch could be made into a bed. The first floor balcony was screened in and had a door with access to the lawn and the pool. The bathroom was well appointed and had plenty of towels, both bath and pool. The bedroom was super comfortable, with lovely pillows, and another TV. Reception was welcoming and warm, there was a security guard on overnight duty, and the pool/hot tub were open 24 hours, which was superb, considering that they both were at great temperatures to enjoy even at night time. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and would definitely recommend.

We arrived without a reservation to stay for one night. The service at the front desk was excellent; they gave us accommodation options and a clear explanation of the available rooms. The room was very clean and cozy. We will definitely return on our next visit to Orlando.

Solid place to stay. Very quiet and off the beaten path with a wealth of amenities. The staff were kind. However, check in takes too long and I wasn’t informed of the $150 deposit. I was told it may take up to 30 days to return. The rooms …

I loved this place! It looked like Spanish villas. It was very quiet. Rooms were very clean and pillows were fluffy. You do only get 3 instead of 4 pillows for a double bed which is odd. There was not an elevator in the building I stayed in so keep that in mind. The area is also nice and safe. Make sure to call before 8pm to pay the deposit if you plan to arrive after that. The staff were very friendly. Check out is 10am. The shower doesn't get extremely hot if you like hot showers. Sheets were very soft. The beds were a little soft for my liking but still comfortable. About 16-22 minutes from Disney Parks. I'd 100% stay here again. I am adding it to my rotation of places to stay when in orlando.
